Trikora Monument is a monument that was erected to commemorate the actions of the Three People's Commands (Trikora, which is located on Lembeh Island Bitung. Lembeh Island distance from Bitung city + 10 minutes by motor boat. This monument, is closely related to the liberation of West Irian from the hands of the Dutch. After the KMO was held in The Hague in 1949, and the result of which required the handover of West Irian back to Indonesian hands, the Dutch continued to postpone it until the 1970s.
